A semi course paté with chicken and duck livers, pork, cream & herbs.
With a orange & Cranberry relish. Served with melba toast.


Home Smoked Prawns
Large prawns gently smoked in our own smoker over maple chippings.
Served with a horseradish & Crème Fraiche dip.


Woodland Mushrooms
Woodland mushrooms sautéed in a Stilton & beer sauce.
Served on a bed of mixed leaves with herby garlic bread.


Winter Fruit Cocktail
A selection of seasonal fruits in a warm mulled wine syrup.
 

Roasted Mediterranean Tomato Soup
Served with herb croutons & walnut bread.

 


Roast Young Turkey
with a sage and chestnut stuffing, “pigs in blankets” old port gravy, & cranberry sauce roast potatoes, new potatoes,
Yorkshire pudding and a medley of fresh seasonal vegetables.


Venison In Red Wine
Tender pieces of young venison marinated in red wine and cooked in a rich cranberry & redcurrant sauce.
Served with fuilettes of pastry, baby new potatoes & a medley of seasonal vegetables.


Roasted Salmon
A fresh fillet of salmon with a prawn and basil stuffing oven roasted and served with baby new potatoes & a medley of seasonal vegetables.
 

Tuscany Beef
Two tender beef steaks braised in a rich Port wine and herb sauce finished with onions, mushrooms & cranberries.
Served with gratin dauphinoise and a medley of seasonal vegetables.


Caerphilly Tart
A flaky pastry case filled with mushrooms and leeks bound in Caerphilly cheese & thyme sauce oven baked accompanied by baby new potatoes and a fresh salad.
